This letter is in regard to the new roof The Fidus Group recently installed on my property and my experience with Paul Wilson, your representative.

Believe it or not, after 56 years of life, this is the first new roof I have had to install, so I did not know what to expect. I certainly did not expect to get what I got! It was a seamless, professional transaction from beginning to end.

Paul Wilson did a great job and was available through the entire process for any questions or comments I might have. He explained the procedure, various products and the time frame. Everything went like clockwork, even better than I expected. Paul even contacted me after the job had been completed and payment had been made to make sure I was completely satisfied.

I cannot say enough about the installation crew. There was no loud music, no yelling, no trash, no goofing off, just back breaking work in the Florida August heat (I believe the heat index was over 100° on the ground). The crew was very professional and courteous. It was “Yes, sir” or “Mr. Yon” from every crew member I encountered.

Your employees and company greatly exceeded my expectations and I will gladly refer your company to anyone contemplating a new roof.
